The present invention relates to an apparatus for working on a cargo tank, which comprises: a control tower (20) which is installed at the center on the top surface of a cargo tank (10); a flying robot (30) which is connected with a tether cable (26) at the control tower (20), and has a manipulator (46) for controlling; and a control means (50) which is connected with the flying robot (30) for communications, and has a controller (55) for remote controlling. Therefore, the apparatus can preferentially promote the safety of a worker and can improve work convenience by putting into a robot capable of working in a hovering state when inspecting and repairing the cargo tank in a ship. |
