<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment structure of a nozzle plate for a fuel injection device capable of reducing manufacturing man-hours of the fuel injection device, and capable of reducing the manufacturing cost of the fuel injection device.SOLUTION: When a fitting protrusion 8 of a valve body 5 is fitted in a locking groove 23 of a nozzle plate 3 and the valve body 5 and the nozzle plate 3 are relatively turned, the fitting protrusion 8 moves in a lateral groove 25 of the fitting groove 23 while elastically deforming (bending and deforming) an arm 20, the fitting protrusion 8 is stored in a recession 27 (a locking position of the fitting groove 23) of the arm 20, and a bottom surface 27a of the recession 27 of the arm 20 is pressed onto the fitting protrusion 8 of the valve body 5 by elastic force of the arm 20, and the fitting protrusion 8 of the valve body 5 is fixed in a state of being seated on the bottom surface 27a of the recession 27 of the arm 20. Accordingly, manufacturing man-hours of a fuel injection device 1 can be reduced compared to a conventional example in which a nozzle plate made of metal is welded and fixed to an end of a valve body made of metal.</p> |
