PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereoscopic vision image processing apparatus, stereoscopic vision image processing method, and program with which the degree of attention of a monitor to a disturbing object can be reduced to decrease the difficulty in seeing an object to be gazed while the discomfort to a stereoscopic effect due to the disturbing object is reduced, even when the disturbing object is present in front of the object to be gazed.SOLUTION: A stereoscopic vision image processing apparatus of the present invention includes a parallax amount calculation unit that calculates the amount of parallax in a stereoscopic vision image to be input, and an image feature amount adjustment value calculation unit that calculates an image feature amount adjustment value for adjusting the image feature amount of an arbitrary target object in order to change the contrast between the target object and another object in the stereoscopic vision image on the basis of the amount of parallax. |
