A manhole covering unit and a manhole system having the same are disclosed. According to the present invention, the manhole covering unit comprises: a base support part arranged in a manhole; a manhole covering part which is detachably joined to the base support part and functions as a passage for discharging sewage collected in the manhole to the outside; and an expansion part which is arranged between the base support part and the manhole covering part and is expanded by a fluid supplied to it to support the manhole covering part.
