Provided is a rotary motion apparatus comprising: a main body; a rotor mounted to be rotatable with respect to the main body; and a driving unit connecting the main body and the rotor. The driving unit includes: a link unit having a space, and formed to be deformable; a piezoelectric actuator arranged in the space, and having a variable length to deform the link unit; and a connection bar having one end mounted on the link unit and the other end connected to the rotor, and rotating the rotor by the deformation of the link unit. The rotary motion apparatus is capable of creating a sufficient angle in spite of a small axial deformation.
