A method and an apparatus for precisely sensing indoor activity. The method comprises: receiving vibration signals of an indoor floor by using multiple vibration sensors arranged according to a preset rule (S11); and determining, according to phase differences of a vibration signal from a same vibration source in different vibration sensors, a position of the vibration source (S12). By means of the method, monitoring of indoor activity can be completed without interfering with a person being monitored, and concerns in leakage of privacy of a person being monitored may also be solved. |
