PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition for therapy of inflammation-related diseases associated with proinflammatory cytokine expression and/or anti-inflammatory cytokine expression reduction.SOLUTION: A therapeutic method of inflammation-related diseases comprises administration of one or more compounds selected from isoindigo, indigo, indirubin and their derivatives, for example, meisoindigo and NATURA. Preferably, the pharmaceutical composition comprises one or more compounds selected from isoindigo, indigo, indirubin or their derivatives, an anti-inflammatory agent and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. |
