PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-reflection film having both anti-reflection capability and abrasion resistance, and a manufacturing method for the same.SOLUTION: An anti-reflection film contains mesoporous nanoparticles having metal oxide skeletons and an average particle diameter of 30-200 nm, and a mesoporous transparent material having a metal oxide skeleton, which fills inter-nanoparticle pore space.
