<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wherein the lock timing of a plurality of poles become simultaneous when the unlocking holding state is released. <P>SOLUTION: A lock release means includes: a first cam 31 that is provided rotatably on a relative rotation axis; and a second cam 45 that is provided between the first cam 31 and at least one pole out of a plurality of first poles 41, and pushes the first pole 41 to the direction that an external tooth 41a engages with an internal tooth 23 when pushed by the first cam 31 that rotates to one direction.
