Disclosed is a method and an apparatus for transmitting and receiving a signal using a fixed reference voltage. A semiconductor apparatus of the present invention comprises: a receiver receiving reference voltage through a first input terminal, receiving an input signal through a second input signal, and generating an output signal by comparing the reference voltage and the input signal; and a termination circuit connected to the second input terminal, and varying an operating mode of a termination in response to a control signal of the termination, wherein the receiver varies a logic threshold voltage according to the operating mode of the termination in response to a control signal of a threshold voltage which is related to the control signal of the termination. |
