<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a rigid foam synthetic resin having heat insulation performance hardly deteriorating with the lapse of time. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for producing a rigid foam synthetic resin by reacting a polyol composition (P) and a polyisocyanate compound (J) in the presence of a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer and a catalyst, the polyol composition (P) contains 10-100 mass% of a polyol (A). The polyol (A) is a polyether polyol obtained by subjecting an alkylene oxide to ring-opening addition polymerization with a Mannich condensate obtained by reacting phenols, aldehydes, and alkanolamines. The alkylene oxide is ethylene oxide, and an addition molar number of the ethylene oxide for 1 mol of the phenols is 2-10 mol. A hydroxyl value of the polyether polyol is 420-600 mgKOH/g. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
