The present invention synchronizes operation time of sensors and is able to precisely confirm a leaking sound. The present invention includes: a plurality of sensors (200); and a water leakage control center. The water leakage control center (100) includes: a sensor position control unit (110); a communication unit (120); a pipe sound management unit (130); a preliminary water leakage determination unit (140); a preliminary water leakage warning unit (150); a final water leakage determination unit (160); a water leakage position confirming unit (170); and a sound confirming unit (180). The preliminary water leakage determination unit (140) includes: a decibel analyzing unit (141); and a leaking sound confirming unit (142).
