摘要

Disclosed is a graphene device including a metal electrode with a plasmonic pattern. The disclosed graphene device comprises a metal electrode with a plasmonic pattern collecting incident light and allowing the collected light to be transmitted therethrough. The graphene device can complexly perform a function as an electronic device and a function as an optical device.
