<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dissolved raw material having a low oxygen content using chips of Ni-based superalloy cut at a high speed as a raw material.SOLUTION: A method for producing a dissolved raw material using chips as a raw material is provided which includes an aqueous solution immersion step of dipping the chips of Ni-based superalloy containing Ni of 50% or more by mass% for 1 minute or more into an aqua regia-based mixed aqueous solution. It is preferred that : the aqua regia-based mixed aqueous solution is an acidic aqueous solution containing, by mass%, a hydrochloric acid of 6.5% or more, a nitric acid of 1.6% or more and a ferric chloride of 10.5% or more; and the aqueous solution immersion step is followed by an ultrasonic cleaning step of ultrasonically cleaning the chips for 10 seconds or more in a neutral solution or an organic liquid or water.</p> |
