PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an SNS server that can give notice that a message is written and that is low in possibility that a person who receives unnecessary notice feels bad.SOLUTION: An SNS server (100) includes a notice processing part (111) which gives members of the SNS notice that a message is written when the written message is received. The notice processing part (111) gives the members of the SNS the notice that the message is written only when the writing meets predetermined conditions.
