The present invention relates to a nanogel composition comprising at least one water- soluble active ingredient, one or more plant proteins, and one or more soy soluble polysaccharides. These compositions can be used for the enrichment, and/or fortification of food, beverages, animal feed and/or cosmetics and allow stabilization of the active ingredient. The present invention also refers to the process for the preparation of such nanogel compositions. The present invention furthermore refers to a process for the manufacture of a beverage by mixing the compositions with ingredients of beverages. The present invention also refers to beverages obtainable by this process.</p>
