<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure sufficient fixing strength between a supporting member and a thermal distortion member by collectively and properly joining a plurality of thermal distortion members to the supporting member by friction welding, and to reduce manhours for manufacturing a thermal distortion module.SOLUTION: At least one of a first supporting member (30) and a second supporting member (40) is provided with insertion members (31, 41) having through holes (32, 42) of the number same as thermal distortion members (50) for inserting the thermal distortion members (50), and joint surfaces (33, 43) on which the through holes (32, 42) are formed, and pressure contact members (34, 44) having joint surfaces (35, 45) opposed to the joint surfaces (33, 43) of the insertion members (31, 41). One of the insertion members (31, 41) and the pressure contact members (34, 44) are provided with peripheral wall portions (36, 46) surrounding the joint surfaces (33, 35, 43, 45) and the other of the insertion members (31, 41) and the pressure contact members (34, 44). All of the thermal distortion members (50) inserted to the through holes (32, 42), the insertion members (31, 41), and the pressure contact members (34, 44) are jointed to each other by friction welding.</p> |
