The present invention relates to a smoking device using red clay and an ALC panel, comprising a box-shaped body which is equipped with an opening/closing door on the front, has a space part therein, an includes an outlet connected to the space part; a loading frame which is accommodated in the space part of the body and is equipped with a stack-type hanger member to fix a holder for fixing foods on two opposite sides; an iron brazier which is installed on a bottom surface of the body, accommodates a burning material inside, and is equipped with an air inlet at one side of a front surface; an ALC panel which is adhesively constructed onto the inner/outer surfaces of the body; and a red clay which is plastered onto the inner/outer surfaces of the ALC panel. The present invention has the effects of: smoking foods evenly, through stable convection and radiant heat, as the foods is smoked inside the body covered by the ALC panel and the red clay, whereby a heat insulation effect inside the body is improved; improving flavor of the foods through an interaction of the red clay and a charcoal; improving flavor and the quality of the foods through a far-infrared radiation effect of the ALC panel and the red clay; removing an unsaturated fatty acid and various harmful substances, such as harmful germs; and improving an efficiency of maintenance and management by decreasing the used amount of the charcoal. |
