PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Trk kinase inhibitors.SOLUTION: Compounds of formula (I), in which R, R, R, R, X, Y and n have the meanings given in the specification, and salts thereof are inhibitors of Trk kinases and are useful in the treatment of diseases which can be treated with a Trk kinase inhibitor such as pain, cancer, inflammation, neurodegenerative diseases and certain infectious diseases. Also provided is a pharmaceutical composition, which comprises, e.g., the compound of the invention or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable diluent or carrier. |
