PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight touch pad with simple structure, configured to reduce stress on a capacitive sensor.SOLUTION: A flexible support plate 5 includes a fixed end area 5a fixed to a housing 2 and cantilevered, and has elasticity entirely from the fixed end area 5a to a free end area 5c. A film capacitive sensor 8 is attached from a central area 5b, which is between the fixed end area 5a and the free end area 5c, to the free end area 5c at least. When the free end area 5c of the flexible support plate 5 is pressed down, the flexible support plate 5 is curved entirely from the fixed end area 5a to the free end area 5c at least. The film capacitive sensor 8 is curved entirely following the flexible support plate 5. |
