摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet embedded type rotor capable of improving an effective magnetic flux amount.SOLUTION: The magnet embedded type rotor comprises: a cylindrical rotor core which is configured by rotationally laminating a plurality of core plates 70 in an axial direction and in which a plurality of approximately U-shaped magnet insertion holes composed of the same shape in axial direction view are formed at an equal angle interval in a peripheral direction; and permanent magnets respectively arranged in the magnet insertion holes of the rotor core. Each core plate 70 includes: an outer ring part 71 which is annularly formed; an inner ring part 72 placed on the inside of the annularly formed outer ring part 71; and spoke parts 73 and 74 for connecting an inner peripheral surface of the outer ring part 71 and an outer peripheral surface of the inner ring part 72. A communication hole 75 configured by a shape connecting magnet insertion holes 77a-77e in the peripheral direction and a communication hole 76 configured by a shape connecting magnet insertion holes 77f-77j in the peripheral direction are formed by an area surrounded with the inner peripheral surface of the outer ring part 71, the outer peripheral surface of the inner ring part 72 and the spoke parts 73 and 74 in the core plate 70.</p>
