<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a filler wire deposition in a finish control method for a two-wire welding carried out by feeding a filler wire while bringing it into contact with a molten pool of a consumable electrode arc.SOLUTION: In the finish control method for two-wire welding carried out by feeding a filler wire while bringing it into contact with a molten pool of a consumable electrode arc, a reverse feed of the filler wire Fs is started at a point of time t2 a predetermined time Tp before a point of time t3 when a welding finish command St changes into a Low level to separate the filler wire from the molten pool. Since, in this invention, a reverse feed of the filler wire is started at a point of time before starting an antistick control according to the welding finish command, the filler wire can be surely separated from the molten pool even when the filler wire takes much time to reverse from forward feed during a stationary welding period to reverse feed.</p> |
