An oral cannula for delivering oxygen and sampling end-tidal carbon dioxide includes an oxygen supply lumen having plural outlets and an end-tidal carbon dioxide (ETC02) lumen having an inlet. The ETC02 lumen and oxygen supply lumen form a unitary oral cannula such that the oxygen supply lumen outlet is spaced apart from the ETC02 lumen inlet. The oral cannula is adapted for bending or has a bend such that the oral cannula is insertable and retainable in a patient's mouth.
