PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a towel dryer that can immediately dry a wet towel used in a bathroom or the like in a state hanging the towel.SOLUTION: A towel dryer of the present invention comprises: a pair of towel drying support posts that are provided separately from each other in a right and left direction; towel drying bars that are extended in a right and left direction between the towel drying support posts so that a towel can be hung, and form an oil storage space for storing oil together with the towel drying support post; an electric heater that is inserted into a lower end of either one of the pair of towel drying support posts and generates heat for heating the oil; a temperature sensor that is inserted together with the electric heater and detects the temperature of the oil; a controller that stops the operation of the electric heater if the temperature value of the oil detected by the temperature sensor is a predetermined temperature threshold value or more; and a preset temperature regulator that is connected to the controller to preset the temperature threshold value. |
