<p>The present invention relates to a water-retaining property polymer cement mortar composition comprising 0.01-15 wt% of a water-retaining emulsion with polyacrylic acid, sodium polyacrylate, acrylamide, sulfonic acid, ethyl-methacrylate and methylbutyronitrile; 10-60 wt% of inorganic based connection materials; 10-70 wt% of fine aggregates; and 0.1-15 wt% of water, and to a method for manufacturing a water-retaining block using the same. The water-retaining property polymer cement mortar composition prevents surface stains and clogs caused by bleeding, which has been pointed out as a problem of an existing water-permeating concrete; easily retains water; and has outstanding strength and durability, thereby being applicable in water facilities such as sidewalk block, parks, blocks used for culturing plants, bicycle roads, parking lots, roads used for vehicles with lightweight load to pass, a penetrative storage container, catchment manholes and gutters.</p> |
