<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small amplitude differential pulse transmission circuit that implements satisfactory energy saving performance by passing an output current at an optimum timing and stopping the output current except at the timing. <P>SOLUTION: The small amplitude differential pulse transmission circuit includes: a constant current differential output circuit 101 for differentially outputting a constant current in response to transmission data; a switch circuit 102 for passing the output of the constant current differential output circuit 101 for a predetermined period after the convergence of a transient phenomenon of the output due to a value change of the transmission data and before the output of the next data; and a bias circuit 103 for biasing the output of the switch circuit 102 to a predetermined potential. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
