<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the manufacturing efficiency of a baked cake, and to suppress the power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: The electric continuous baking machine includes: two or more lower heaters 110 that are arranged side by side in an X direction in a body casing 20; two or more upper heaters 120 that are arranged side by side in an X direction above the lower heaters; two or more lower heating plates 55 which are passed on to the X direction between the lower heaters 110 and the upper heaters 120; a first driving device which passes on the lower heating plates 55 to the X direction; upper heating plates 75 which are passed on to the X direction by a condition to lap on a top of the lower heating plates 55; and a second driving device which passes on the two or more upper heating plates 75 to the X direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
