<p>The present invention relates to an oil trade electronic certification system capable of preventing abnormal oil delivery or illegal oil delivery by certifying oil trade from an oil reservoir to a filling station through a tank lorry and a method thereof. The oil trade electronic certification according to the present invention compares; first oil trade information related to a history in which the oil reservoir supplies oil to the tank lorry; second oil trade information related to a history in which the tank lorry receives the oil from the oil reservoir; third oil trade information related to a history in which the tank lorry receives supplies the oil which is delivered after receiving the oil from the oil reservoir and to the filling station; and fourth oil trade information related to a history in which the filling station receives the oil from the tank lorry.
