<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a fail-safe device which enables a communication circuit to be surely disconnected from a line with a simple configuration when detecting a failure of a control device. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention uses a failure detection signal output from a failure detection circuit of a fail-safe calculation section as a baud rate generation clock for a communication circuit. The invention is configured to separate a device from a line when detecting the failure of the calculation section in a manner that stops an operation of a communication circuit by stopping the failure detection signal so as to prevent a communication destination device as well as a system from being affected by an erroneous output. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
