PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system, a mobile station, a call control device, and a mobile communication method, even when a prefix indicating an emergency call handling type is added to an emergency call, capable of implementing a breakthrough of an access restriction for the emergency call and an application of priority control to the emergency call, as with an ordinary emergency call to which no prefix is added.SOLUTION: A UE100 separates obtained origination number information to a prefix and an origination number and sends an Emergency Setup including the prefix and an Emergency Category associated with the origination number to MSC210. The MSC210 determines the emergency call handling type (a call from an anonymous number, for example) on the basis of the prefix included in the Emergency Setup and connects the emergency call to PSAP400 corresponding to the Emergency Category. |
