<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planar actuator capable of saving power by efficiently generating a magnetic field without increasing a size of magnetic field generating means.SOLUTION: The planar actuator includes: a frame-shaped stationary part 3 installed on a device substrate 2; a movable part 5, swingably supported to an inside of the stationary part 3 through a support beam 4, driven by driving means; and a pair of magnetic field generating means 7, installed on one surface side of the device substrate 2, magnetized so as to concentrate a magnetic field to a predetermined place of the movable part 5.</p> |
