<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tough, light-weight and highly decorative retainer, especially for electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: A porcelain retainer is tough and light-weight, and has flexural strength higher than that of a pottery. Ceramics has flexural strength equivalent to that of porcelain, and a larger specific gravity compared with porcelain. Porcelain is best when strength and weight are taken into account. The retainer may be used for leaning an electronic apparatus, e.g., a cellular phone, or a tablet computer, depending on the shape thereof, or for inserting a small object, e.g., a seal impression or a toothpick.</p> |
