<p>The present invention relates to a novel composition for suppressing a TGF-beta acceptor type I. More specifically, provided is a composition for suppressing increase of phosphorylation of SMAD (Sma and Mad related proteins) 3 including a compound of chemical formula 1 as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, BIX02189 suppresses transmission of TGF-beta signal in a cellular experiment regardless of suppression of MEK 5, and can competitively bound in ATP binding site of a TbRI acceptor through domain docking analysis using a computer virtual model.</p> |
