FEATHERS PROVIDING DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING DEVICE FOR WARM COVER

The present invention relates to a feather feeder and a device for manufacturing warm covers using the same. And more specifically, the feather feeder comprises: a hopper into which loaded feathers are put; and a feather dissociation unit including two or more rollers which are located in the inner lower part of the hopper, and dissociate the feathers while being rotated by power of a motor. The feather dissociation unit comprises: a pair of first rollers which is located in an upper part and installed at intervals; a second roller which is located in lower center of the pair of first rollers and has a smaller diameter than the first roller; a third roller which is located in one side of the second roller and has a smaller diameter than the second roller; and a fourth roller which is located in lower center of the second roller and the third roller and has a diameter smaller than the first roller and bigger than the second roller. On the outer periphery of the first roller, dissociation bumps in which lower parts are spread to grind feather bunch are formed. On the outer periphery of the second to fourth rollers, a plurality of sawteeth shaped bumps are formed to easily discharge the dissociated feathers, thereby rapidly discharging after evenly dissociating plenty of feathers filled in non-woven fabrics such as the warm cover and the likes.
