<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine including a sensor for detecting fraud by detecting balls retained in the vicinity of a guide rail formed by using a magnet instead of detecting a magnet, which is easily disposed in a non-game region on a front side (a board surface side) of a game board. <P>SOLUTION: A sensor unit 20 for detecting game balls passing between a prize winning port 16 and a surface on a side of a game region 7 of the guide rail 12 through the guide rail 12 is provided on a side facing the non-game region which is opposite to a side facing the game region 7 of the guide rail 12 in the vicinity of the prize winning port 16 that is closer to the guide rail 12.
