A solar cell according to the first embodiment of the present invention includes a support substrate, a rear electrode layer which is formed on the support substrate, a light absorption layer which is formed on the rear electrode layer, a front electrode layer which is formed on the light absorption layer, and a first through groove which passes through the light absorption layer and the rear electrode layer. A solar cell according to the second embodiment of the present invention includes a support substrate, a rear electrode layer which is formed on the support substrate, a light absorption layer which is formed on the rear electrode layer, a front electrode layer which is formed on the light absorption layer, and a first through groove which passes through the light absorption layer. The light absorption layer is in contact with the upper side and the lateral side of the rear electrode layer. |
