1. An anisotropic conductive film, comprising:
conductive particles; and a binder resin, wherein the conductive particles each contain: a core particle; and a conductive layer formed on a surface of the core particle, wherein the core particle is formed of a resin, or a metal, or both thereof, and the conductive layer contains a phosphorus-containing hydrophobic group at a surface thereof, wherein the conductive particle is produced by a method for producing conductive particles comprising treating the surface of the conductive layer formed on the surface of the core particle with a phosphorus-containing compound to give hydrophobicity, and wherein the binder resin contains an epoxy resin, or an acrylate resin, or both thereof. |
