The present invention relates to an integrated system for monitoring a navigational aid data and a method thereof. When processing an integrated monitoring of a navigational aid data, a monitoring message with respect to operation states of an instrument landing facility and an aeronautical light facility from one or more monitoring control apparatus for the instrument landing facility and one or more monitoring control apparatuses for the aeronautical light facility is received; the monitoring message is interpreted according to a preset protocol to extract monitoring information data; operation directions of runways of the instrument landing facility and the aeronautical light facility are detected based on the monitoring information data; the detected operation directions of runways are matched and compared; integrated monitoring information data are generated including the matched result; and the integrated monitoring information data is outputted in an identifiable form.
