PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper binding device, a paper processing device, and an image formation system, enabling suppressing of breakage of paper.SOLUTION: In any of a pair of press fitting teeth of a binding tool, top parts 71a, 71b of a protruding part is a surface parallel to a paper surface of a paper bundle, and a side surface of the protruding part is slope parts 72a, 72b inclined with respect to the paper surface. A pair of press fitting teeth are configured in such a manner as, when protrusion/recess of a pair of press fitting teeth are engaged with each other, the slope parts 72a, 72b contact to each other, and, a gap S is formed in any of between the top part 71a of the protruding part of an upper press fitting teeth 261a and a bottom part 73b of the recess of a lower press fitting teeth 261b and between the top part 71b of the protruding part of the lower press fitting teeth 261b and the bottom part 73a of the recess of the upper press fitting teeth 261a. |
