Provided is a prefabricated safety door comprising door posts combined and fixed to both sides of a door frame formed in the front end of a wall; a door which is arranged to be selectively opened and closed by being horizontally rotated on the door posts; an edge unit which is combined to the door by being arranged in the end of one side of the door and hinge-combined to the door posts to be rotated along with the door; and a combining unit, which combines the door and the edge unit by being arranged between the door and the edge unit. |
