PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a viewing terminal device using a broadcast receiver of another device, to flexibly select a channel.SOLUTION: A terminal controller selects a tuner on the basis of broadcast receiver information indicating the using situations of the tuners of a receiving device for receiving broadcast, and causes a use request of requiring use of the selected tuner to be transmitted to the receiving device. A terminal communication unit receives data of broadcast received by the tuner being used on the basis of the use request. A display unit and a sound output unit cause the broadcast to be viewed, on the basis of the data of the broadcast received by the terminal communication unit.
