PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a complex granulated material which contains a wide variety of orally ingestible components, which can be taken into cyclodextrin, such as components with stimulus taste and flavour represented by a pungency component and a bitterness component, and cyclodextrin, wherein masking or quality preservation ability of the wide variety of components capable of oral ingestion caused by formation of the complex is exhibited effectively and continuously.SOLUTION: The complex granulated material contains the orally ingestible components and cyclodextrin which have 3.3 mass% or more to 5.5 mass% or less of water content.
