PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage in a container which suppresses degradation odor which easily occurs during storage, especially, even when the beverage contains a large amount of milk component, without feathering and oil-off, so that occurrence of stuffy odor is suppressed and clear flavor is maintained.SOLUTION: An additive for a beverage in a container comprises phospholipid derived from milk and milk protein, contains the milk protein by 1-15 mass parts to 1 mass part of the phospholipid derived from milk, and is an aqueous liquid. |
