PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving module of a radar device in which an insertion loss can be improved on the input side of a low-noise amplifier.SOLUTION: There is provided a receiving module of a radar device characterized by a high-frequency input terminal 11 to which a high-frequency signal is inputted, a low-noise amplifier 14, a high-frequency output terminal 12, a first transmission line 13a in length of λ/4, a second transmission line 13b in length of λ/4, a plurality of transmission lines 13c, 13d and 13e in length of λ/4, each connected in series between the high-frequency input terminal and the high-frequency output terminal, a plurality of field-effect transistor elements 15a and 15b, each connected between the connection point of the first transmission line and second transmission line and ground, a plurality of field-effect transistor elements 17c and 17d, each connected between the connection point of the transmission lines and ground and having a large gate width, and in that, when a small-power high-frequency signal is inputted to the high-frequency input terminal, the field-effect transistor elements 15a and 15b are turned off and the other field-effect transistors are turned on. The λ is a used wavelength. |
