PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a drive circuit of an actuator array in which an electric pair is arranged along a matrix, since a voltage level conversion circuit is needed for each intersection of the matrix, the drive circuit is made large.SOLUTION: A memory for pMOS transistor is added in addition to a memory for nMOS transistor, to turn a pMOS transistor on/off with output of the memory for pMOS transistor. Instead of elimination of a voltage level conversion circuit, a selection line for pMOS transistor and a data line for pMOS transistor are needed. Here, the advantage of elimination of the voltage level conversion circuit that needs to be arranged at each intersection exceeds the disadvantage of necessity of the selection line for pMOS transistor, the data line for pMOS transistor and the memory for pMOS transistor. Consequently, a drive circuit is made small. |
