<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool processing object air preferably even when a load applied on a cooler is large.SOLUTION: An evaporator 25a is arranged so that a refrigerant for cooling which is introduced in a tube T from an upper side end part Ta is guided in the tube T toward a lower side (lower side end part Tb) of the evaporator (cooler) 25a. A baffle 14 is disposed in such a manner that vertical direction length L1a is formed to be shorter than vertical direction length L2a of a partition plate 16, and an upper portion on one surface of a core C25a for cooling is blocked. Also, the partition plate 16 is disposed so as to block a lower portion on the other surface of the core C25a for cooling, and an air guide passage is formed inside a casing 10 so that air advancing between the tube T and a fin F from the lower portion (opening 14a) on the one surface of the core C25a for cooling moves toward the upper side in the core C25a for cooling, and it is exhausted from the upper portion (vent hole 16a) on the other surface of the core C25a for cooling.</p> |
