<p>The present invention relates to a xylanase-active enzyme cel10-CBM6-KG60 gene derived from rumen microorganisms from black goats and uses thereof. More specifically, in the present invention provided are a novel xylanase-active enzyme cel10-CBM6-KG60 gene derived from rumen microorganisms from black goats, uses thereof, protein products thereof, and a method for manufacturing a feed additive, a detergent composition, and a biofuel using the same. According to the present invention, the novel xylanase-active enzyme cel10-CBM6-KG60 gene derived from rumen microorganisms from black goats can be selected from rumen microorganisms of black goats, thereby providing xylanase-active enzyme cel10-CBM6-KG60 gene and protein product thereof and being widely used for not only developing a low-priced feed additive, a softening agent and a detergent agent, but also producing biofuel by decomposing rich xylanase.</p> |
