PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a general-purpose combine that directly detects a layer thickness of a sorted object on a shaking sorter and can detect an overflow with high accuracy.SOLUTION: In proximity to a rear portion of a chaff sieve 26, there are provided a second layer thickness sensor 46 (sensor) that detects a layer thickness of a sorted object on a shaking sorter 22, and indicating means that indicates an overflow of the sorted object. The indicating means is operated based on a detection result of the second layer thickness sensor 46. The second layer thickness sensor 46 is provided at a rear end of and above a first grade flow plate 34.
