PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility guidance device and a facility guidance method which perform guidance of a facility in consideration of load caused by leaving a vehicle, the load occurring when a vehicle user uses the facility, in facility guidance.SOLUTION: A facility guidance method calculates stop-by cost indicating a load caused by leaving a vehicle of a user who stops by a facility, and performs guidance of information related to the facility based on the calculated stop-by cost. The stop-by cost is calculated as a first stop-by cost calculated based on information whether the vehicle user gets on/off the vehicle or not.
