<p>In this customer management system, a delivery server is provided with a storage device which manages a list containing the data of multiple customers whose meters are read, and a receiving unit which receives contract cancellation data relating to customers' gas contracts. Further, the delivery server is provided with an update unit which, on the basis of the contract cancellation data, updates the list by removing data of customers who have cancelled their contract from the data of the customers contained in the list. Also, the delivery server is provided with a transmission unit which transmits the updated list to a communication terminal.</p> |
